E-mail Addresses

Please take into consideration that pleadings and other legal notices that require writing or must be personally signed, should be sent by letter. This is the same for notices that are received through email.

Main e-mail address: post@shret.dk

The Civil Division: civil@shret.dk

Inquiries:
Documents that the Court should have as an original copy, such as a pleading, should only be sent through email if it is absolutely necessary, i.e. if the document must meet a deadline. We will only administer the case when the original document has been received.

The Bankruptcy Division: insolvens@shret.dk

Inquiries:
Bankruptcy petitions, debt restructure applications, notices of appeal and other documents that the Court should have as an original copy, should only be sent through email if it is absolutely necessary, i.e. if the document must meet a deadline. We will only administer the case when the original document has been received.

Since the Court does not yet have an electronic case and document archive, we ask that trustees in insolvent estates still send §124- and §125- reports in paper form to the Probate department, and not by email.
